| How do you charge? |
For Dogs: We charge based on the number of dogs, the frequency of service, the size of the yard, and if applicable, the difficulty presented by terrain or landscaping. For Cats: We charge based on the number of litter boxes and the frequency of service. We offer substantial discounts for litter box cleaning when we are providing dog waste removal at your house on the same visit. |
| Do I have to sign a contract? |
| For individual households we do not use a contract. You are free to suspend your service while you go on vacation, change the frequency of service, or cancel at any time. We simply ask you give us adequate notice of at least 24 hours to reschedule our routes. |
| Can my dogs be out while you clean the yard? |
| While most dogs are friendly, we ask for our worker's safety, you keep the dogs inside when we're cleaning. Even the friendliest of dogs can become alarmed or protective of you when a stranger "wielding tools" is in his or her yard. |
| What do you do with the waste? |
| We double bag the waste according to city codes and place it either in a trash receptacle or just outside your garage, as you specify. |
| Can you come just before my garbage day? |
| Unfortunately we are not able to schedule each household according to garbage pick-up day. Because we cover Washtenaw County, we schedule routes in a way that minimizes our travel time so we can keep our costs down and service more customers. |
| Can I get just a one-time cleaning without having regular service? |
| Yes! We're glad to help in these ways: * a post-winter clean-up * clean-up before a special event * keeping your yard clean while your house is on the market * a periodic clean-up if you've fallen behind * maintaining cat litter box(es) while you're away |
| Do you work in the winter? |
| Absolutely! Your dogs don't stop producing in the winter so we don't stop cleaning. We will postpone your cleaning if freshly fallen snow makes it impossible to find the waste. |
| Do I leave a check each time you come? |
| No. We send out bills at the end of each month which are payable by the 15th of the month following the month of service. |
